How to apply

1. Clean the surface of dust, oil or debris. Use primer on concrete, block paving or older surfaces.

2. Warm the area with a torch to remove moisture.

3. Place the tape glass-bead side up and cut to size if needed.

4. Heat evenly from 20–40 cm away using a sweeping motion. The tape softens, bubbles slightly and flows into the surface.

5. Allow 5–10 minutes to cool and harden, then check adhesion. If it lifts, reheat.

Preformed thermoplastic roll. Cold weather tip: store rolls in a warm place and pre-warm before unwrapping. Cold thermoplastic can become brittle; warming helps keep it flexible.

Can I install this myself?
Yes. As long as you have a propane torch and prep the surface properly.

Will it stick to concrete or block paving?
Yes, but always use a primer.

How many rolls for parking bays?
Most bays are 4–5m long, so one roll covers a 5m length. It can easily be cut with a Stanley knife if you need a shorter length. For bay widths, allow about 2.5m per bay.

Does it cope with HGV traffic?
Yes. It’s designed for heavy traffic and tested for millions of passes.
